ITSMA: A Great Service Marketing Resource

Services represent over 80% of our GNP, and are the primary source of growth and profitability for many of your technology firms.  The IT Services Management Association (ITSMA) is one of the premier membership organizations for marketing executives in the technology services and consulting space.  I spent some time last week with Dave Munn, ITSMA’s President. His organization’s 12th Annual Marketing Conference, Driving Value: Marketing’s Advancing Role, is scheduled for November 15 and 16, 2006, in Cambridge, MA.  It’s agreat investment….knowledgeable presenters from the most innovative firms (IBM, AT&T, HP, Satyam, CA, etc.), and great attendees with many perspectives to share.  This year’s keynote speaker is Clayton Christensen of Harvard Business School.

Co-creating Value With Customers
